Acme Receipts

We are collecting Acme receipts up until February 15^th of next year. Acme will donate 5% of what gets spent on certain products toward the mission trip. There are white boxes at the welcome center where you can drop your receipts. 

Rent a Helper

Need anything done in or around your house? Our mission trip team is ready to help! You can submit work requests to our email address: VLCyouthtoHonduras@gmail.com or call the church office. We will assign at least one youth and one adult to come and work for you! The minimum amount of work time is 2 hours and the minimum donation amount is $30 an hour for both workers. The idea of having an adult there is intended to help make sure everyone is working hard! Payment is due at the time of service and we request one week’s notice with work requests so that we can find team members who are available and assign them to your job. This fundraiser will run continually until we have raised the funds we need for our trip.

Wing and Chili Night

On January 20^th we will be having a Wing and Chili Night at the church. We will serve homemade wings, have a chili cookoff, and have trivia competitions! We will also provide childcare for families and hotdogs for the kids. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors! 

Plant and Donut Sale

During the months of February and March, we will be taking orders for boxes of Krispy Kreme Donuts and Easter flowers. Both will be available for pickup on March 30 and 31^st (Easter Sunday.)

Auction

This year’s auction will take place on May 5^th, Cinco de Mayo! We will serve tacos and have a great time together as we auction off various prizes including a week at a condo in Myrtle Beach, free HVAC services, and Guardian’s tickets!
